Acadia is offering two opportunities for international students. First, Acadia is offering the Acadia Globalization Award (AGA). This award is automatically awarded to all international students who have studied in a Canadian high school for at least 1 year and who will be graduating from those schools. The AGA brings tuition for eligible students down to the equivalent of Canadian tuition – a savings of almost $13,000 CAD per year and is applied for each year of their degree programs. There is no application form, nor is there a GPA requirement. Students who have met the above listed requirements will receive the award. These students will also remain eligible for the full suite of other scholarships available at Acadia.
Second, there is a new Residence Discount for all International Students beginning their studies at Acadia in the fall 2026 intake.
Residence Discount:
- International students beginning their studies at Acadia in Fall 2026 will receive a $2000 CAD reduction in the cost of their residence room.
- This discount will be available each year for up to 4 years for a total potential savings of $8000 CAD – an average of 25% off the cost of residence accommodations.
Residence Guarantee:
- Coupled with the Residence Discount, all international students are guaranteed a spot in an on-campus residence for the complete duration of their studies at Acadia.
