We are excited to share an upcoming Girls+ Empowerment Event taking place on March 31st at Grant Harvey Arena.
This event is designed to inspire girls and gender-diverse students (grades 6–12) by connecting them with local employers, mentors, and community organizations. It’s a great opportunity for students to explore career pathways, learn about apprenticeship options, and see what opportunities are available to them here in New Brunswick.
Students will have the chance to:
- Connect with employers and industry professionals
- Explore different career and post-secondary pathways
- Learn about opportunities within their community
- Be encouraged to pursue their interests and goals
This event promotes the message that students can pursue any path they choose and that support exists to help them succeed.
If students are interested in attending, they can see Mrs. McGrath In E105, for a permission form. Lunch will be provided.
They must return these to E105 by noon on Monday March 30th.
